Not Gonna Lie!
Stopping by the visitor's center by the lake to post, check email, facebook, etc. since internet continues to be a problem at the hotel.
A gecko came into my room super early this morning and crawled into my restroom. It's super tiny n cute but when I went into the restroom this morning I couldn't find it. I KNOW it's there! I could hear it! Soooo, I'm not gonna lie, I haven't showered today :o( It's not that this lil critter could do anything to me but the fact that I will be totally vulnerable should it decide to join me in the shower!! Geckos like wet areas! I haven't decided what to do yet...I have about 2-3hrs left before I need to leave Ha Noi and I really need a shower, really, like really, really :o/

They won't hurt you. They don't jump on people. At worst, if you see a gecko it will just stay still in the corner of the ceiling or something and eventually scoot away. Trust me, I lived with lots of them in Singapore.
